responsibility to ensure that they have a stimulating educational environment
where they can grow mentally, emotionally and socially. As a teacher, I have be
fair, positive, patient and consistent. Consistency is very important; reacting
differently to similar cases will create confusion to the atmosphere and this
will show inconsistency towards the students, resulting in them losing respect
for the teacher.<o:p></o:p>
