During this time, my ability to think creatively enabled me to use my education experience, the internet resources and English books with my teaching style, to create my own effective lessons, which became a positive influence to my student’s English learning interests. During vacation time, I participated in English programs, where I gained so much about Korean culture and people, which provided more ease for me to relate not only to my Korean students but, it also helped me to work well with my Korean English co teacher in providing conflict free and fun learning environment for students.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">     </SPAN></FONT></FONT></SPAN></H2>
