I am writing to express an interest for employment as a
teacher in South Korea in 2010. I am a qualified Design and Technology teacher
with five years experience teaching in both the public and private school
systems.

I am currently employed as a Design and Technology teacher
at St Norbert College in Western Australia, Australia. I am looking for employment in either a
secondary or tertiary school environment.

I graduated from Edith Cowan University with a Bachelor of
Education specialising in Design and Technology in November 2004. The course
developed my competencies in teaching Technical & Visual Graphics, Design,
Multimedia, Photography, Systems, and Wood & Metals Technology. Since
graduating I have held Design & Technology teaching positions at South
Fremantle Senior High, Belridge Senior High, Trinity College and St Norbert
College. I have experience teaching both upper and lower school classes.

I gained entry into university through Uniselect (a programme that awards students for exemplary
performance), for my accomplishments in Furniture Design & Technology at
Collie S.H.S. I would very much like the opportunity to impart the skills of
creativity and craftsmanship that so enriched my secondary education.
