I am currently looking for an afternoon job (after 2:30) around 신천, 잠실. I have a F2 visa and live in Seoul. Please let me know if there are any available positions. 
My father was a teacher. His philosophy of teaching was passed onto me. He would say, “All of the lessons are only as good as the examples set by the teacher.” We believe that the mind is a sponge and craves knowledge. Teachers feed the mind so that it can grow healthy and strong. Everyday of the week I try my best to reach every one of my students through my lesson plans, speeches and projects. I believe that a great teacher is always well prepared, dedicated to his job and has passion, energy and a desire to see people learn. My greatest satisfaction comes when my students find success they never thought they could have. When I see a student having difficulty, I take extra care to teach that child so that they may know the feeling of accomplishment. It is my duty as their educator to make the concept of mental limitations obsolete. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p> <SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-font-kerning: 1.0pt; mso-fareast-font-family: 바탕; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: KO; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA">When encountering cultural differences I believe the framework of a successful community or school is its rules. Rules must be clear, fair, universal, cover all anticipated situations, and there must be a rule for situations that aren’t covered. When these guidelines are understood by all, everyone knows what is expected, and self-discipline starts to form. I am lucky to have experienced the cultural shock of teaching in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Korea</st1:place></st1:country-region> for one year. I worked at a private school and managed to adapt to my surroundings. I studied the language and learned to read although my vocabulary was very limited. I felt like the students were willing and eager to learn and I had a great desire to teach them. I truly loved teaching in <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Korea</st1:place></st1:country-region>. This was wonderful experience that will live in my heart and memory forever. I am a compassionate instructor and want to return to continue my adventure. I believe that it is human nature to be curious and the antidote to ignorance is knowledge. I constantly work to maintain and improve my skills, knowledge and success in life. I incorporate my life ethics with my work ethics to make me a better teacher. I prepare for problems in advance using rational and creative thinking. I believe in confronting fear. I look past the social and cultural caricature and see the potential of a child. If more teachers would be motivators instead of dictators, we could craft a better future for our children. Anybody can read from a textbook. Everyone knows that memorizing produces familiarity.  Excellent teachers set their standards high and never lower them. The students will follow the example set by the teacher. I am a teacher and that is my nature.
